About the Conference

As healthcare spending continues to dramatically increase, employers are taking control in an effort to curtail costs while improving the overall health of their workforce. Surveys have indicated that over one-third of employers have implemented on-site employee clinics, while many others are in the process of either establishing their own clinics or are interested in creating one. Today, a health center can offer a full array of services spanning primary care and prevention to diagnostic testing, chronic condition management, pharmacy dispensing, physical therapy, lab work, wellness, etc. The overall results have been positive, reflecting improved employee health and productivity, attraction and retention, as well as well being and satisfaction. Human resources, benefits, and wellness leaders, as well as medical directors, will discuss the value of on-site clinics as a successful strategy in controlling health care costs, enabling easy access to medical services, improving employee health, enhancing engagement in worksite programs—and ultimately increasing employee productivity and loss of absenteeism. You will also learn the benefits associated with expanding the present services of current on-site health clinics, and practical solutions to operate a cost-effective healthcare program while providing quality healthcare and wellness programs.

This is the only conference on On-Site Employee Health Clinics that will equip you and your organization with innovative practices, case studies, and tools to succeed with reducing healthcare costs, improving workforce health and productivity, and boosting employee engagement and satisfaction. By attending the 2021 On-Site Employee Health Clinics Congress, you will learn what highly regarded organizations are doing to improve employee population health and productivity.
